Dear brothers and sisters,
Amid the ongoing economic, social, and political crises in the Gaza Strip, and in response to the increasing challenges that hinder broad segments of the population from accessing development opportunities, Shaqaiq Al-Nu’man Development Organization was launched as a community-based initiative aiming to actively contribute to improving the situation for the better.
Since its establishment, we have shouldered the responsibility of building an effective development model based on sustainable economic and social empowerment, relying on highly qualified national expertise in administration, development, economics, and education.
The Organization has translated its vision into action by implementing development projects that include vocational empowerment, support for small projects, community education, cultural empowerment programs, and urgent humanitarian interventions for affected groups
We believe that true development is only achieved through collective participation and that people are both the means and the end of development. From this perspective, we work to strengthen partnerships with local and international institutions, ensuring that our projects deliver tangible, measurable, and sustainable impact.
Despite the significant challenges ahead, we possess the will and the expertise, and our community is full of potential and ambition. We will continue to build on our achievements and strive to expand our services to reach more beneficiaries, especially women, youth, and the poorest families.
In conclusion, I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who has supported the Organization’s journey — to all members, employees, and partners who have played a major role in what has been accomplished. We call on everyone to stand with us for a stronger, fairer community and for every human being to enjoy their right to a dignified and secure life
